Zucchini Pie
Put sliced zucchini, onion, butter or margarine in large bowl. Add desired amount of garlic salt, and sprinkle with Parsley flakes. Cover and microwave for about ten minutes, or to desired tenderness.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
In another bowl shred the mozzarella cheese. Stir in beaten eggs.
Open Crescent rolls and unroll the dough. Lay it flat in a 13 x 9 x 2 pan and shape to fit pan, going up the sides. This will be the crust.
After zucchini is microwaved, add to the egg and cheese mixture. Stir gently. Pour into the 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Sprinkle generously with Parsley flakes.
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
