Supply List

Tools needed for the class:

• Sewing machine (cleaned, oiled, and in good working condition)
• Book:  Big Book of Building Block Quilts by Sara Nephew
• Batting or flannel for your own flannel wall (so you don't have to take them all down before you go home)
• Rotary cutter with a sharp blade
• Cutting mat-optional
• 60 degree ruler/template, I like the Creative Grids template
• Good straight pins, I prefer fine silk head pins
• Sewing thread
• Sewing needles
• Seam ripper and/or ball pointed awl
• Paper and pencil, in case you want to take notes

Skills needed:  Being able to sew a 1/4" seam

You may want to precut some of your pieces prior to the class.  If so, contact me so I can help you with size.
