Learn to Sew

The Easy Way

Oh What Fun!!!! You can learn to sew the easy way. We will be making clothes for 18" dolls. You will learn techniques required for sewing garments, without all the expense. Most of the clothes we will be making require only 1 fat quarter of fabric. If you mess up, or you don't like it, it doesn't matter. In the end, not only will you know how to sew, but you will have very cute outfits for 18" dolls. You can give them to your daughter, your granddaughter, your niece, your neighbor, etc. Anybody you want. Or, you might have to do what I did - I was having so much fun I went out and bought myself a doll.

You will learn how to sew on both woven and knit fabrics.

The items that you make will be small, so you will learn lots of techniques in a short period of time.

You will learn how to use/read patterns, how to cut out the pieces, and how to put them all together and finish the product.

Don't have a sewing machine?

That's no excuse. We will loan you one of ours. You may decide you want one after this class.
