Amy's FudgeAmy is one of our Tuesday Morning Ladies. She's been bringing us her fudge forever! We love getting Amy's fudge, but this year her Kitchen Aid is broke, so now we have to make our own! Thank you, Amy, for all the fudge you've brought in the past! It's the creamiest fudge I've ever tasted, and lord knows, I've tried lots!
Melt butter on low heat. Add chocolate chips, stir. Turn off. Cool 5 minutes. Put 4 eggs in mixer. Beat Add powder sugar to eggs. Add chocolate mixture Add vanilla Add nuts
Line 9 x 13 pan with parchment. Pour in fudge. Place parchment over the fudge and press down to even the fudge out. Cover entire pan with Saran wrap. You don't want air getting to the fudge.
Chill before cutting.
Refrigerate until serving.
Bet you can't eat eat just one!
